Not only did she help my husband and I navigate buying our first home in Northern VA, she did it while my husband was overseas and I was an emotional wreck. She held my hand through the inspection process - which was extra exciting since our home was on well water, whole home propane, and a non-standard septic system. She negotiated seller fixes on inspection issues and put the pedal to the metal at the end when we were ready to walk away from the deal over the seller dragging his feet. Nicole is professional, knowledgeable, supportive, a partial psychologist, and provides the happy and upbeat personality needed to get through an emotional process.

He negotiated in my behalf always looking out for my best interest, even at the last minute during settlement when I was asked for more money out of pocket he had the lender give me credit for it. He wasn’t pushy or made me feel rushed but he was diligent and aggressive when fighting for me. Even my kids described him as a genuine and caring person. I can't stress how important it is to have a staged home and realtors that know what they are doing - we previously sold a home in the same area that sat on the market for more than 6 months! I wish I had known Nicole then!
