Nicole is the CEO of East + Ivy Homes and comes from a military background, serving eight years in the Armed Forces before becoming a Financial Policy Analyst for the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office in Washington, DC. She went on to open an Interior Design Firm and became the Lead Stager for a nationally recognized staging company, where she developed her love for real estate. East + Ivy is recognized in the Top 1% of Real Estate Agents nationwide and is partnered with PLACE, the number one real estate team in the world. Canole is a Residential Top Producer member of NVAR’s Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, Best of - Washingtonian Magazine, and serves as leadership on various committees for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Canole has a BS in Business Administration from Limestone College in Gaffney, SC where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
